Montréal, le 18 octobre 2023 – L’Institut national du sport du Québec (INS Québec) annonce l’arrivée, à compter du 13 novembre de Benoît-Hugo St-Pierre comme Directeur, Programmes d’excellence et Développement professionnel.

Leader naturel avec une excellente capacité d’adaptation, Benoît-Hugo St-Pierre est reconnu pour sa capacité à mobiliser les gens vers l’atteinte d’objectifs communs. Fort d’une solide expérience en gestion, coordination d’équipe, promotion, développement de projets et partenariats dans le milieu du sport, de l’activité physique et des saines habitudes de vie, il se joint à l’INS Québec après une quinzaine d’années passées chez Québec en Forme et M361 où il était Directeur développement des affaires au moment de se joindre à l’INS Québec. Il connait bien l’écosystème du sport de haut niveau notamment pour avoir créé le programme d’excellence chez Triathlon Québec où il a été directeur et entraîneur. Détenteur d’un baccalauréat en éducation physique et à la santé, il détient également des certifications en leadership et habiletés de direction.

A natural leader with excellent capacity to adapt, Benoît-Hugo St-Pierre is renowned for his ability to mobilize people towards common goals. With solid experience in management, team coordination, promotion, project development and partnerships in the field of sport, physical activity and healthy lifestyles, he joins INS Québec after some fifteen years with Québec en Forme and M361, where he was Business Development Director prior to his appointment. He is well acquainted with the high-performance sport ecosystem, having created the excellence program at Triathlon Québec, where he was director and coach. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education and health, as well as certifications in leadership and management skills.
