Montreal, March 7th 2019 – Judo Canada is proud to partner with AthleteMonitoring.com, a monitoring software for the physical and mental well-being of athletes during training and competition to maximize performance and minimize risk of injuries.
Other similar software applications exist, but after trying different options with the national team members, AthleteMonitoring.com was the best choice. The software simplifies the monitoring of athletes by gathering all their information in one place for the different medical and sports stakeholders. The files are accessible online, allowing for access and modification from anywhere in the world.
The software stands out by its “versatility, adaptability, simplicity and the opportunity to have professional tools on hand at all times. The software is comprehensive and customizable, and was developed in collaboration with amateur and professional high-performance sports team to really cater to the users’ needs,” explains François Gazzano, CEO of AthleteMonitoring.com. “A funny story: both Nicolas Gill and I studied at the Université de Montréal, and we briefly crossed paths in the hallways then. I’m happy to meet him again as part of this partnership. Judo Canada’s program is exactly our target market, and we hope to help the athletes reach the pinnacle of success during the next few years,” he added.
Nicolas Gill, CEO of Judo Canada, is pleased with the addition of this new tool for the athletes: “Our athletes travel around the world. It’s crucial for us to stay in touch with them, even virtually, to optimize their development. AthleteMonitoring.com will be an invaluable tool allowing us to do so, and we are happy to include it to our daily routine in preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.”
